LASER WELDED HYBRID-STEEL PROFILE FOR STEEL CURTAIN WALL

PURPOSE: A complex profile for a steel curtain wall is provided to easily fix a glass panel with a nut structure specially manufactured using a cover frame structure and an extrusion bar. CONSTITUTION: A complex profile for steel curtain wall comprises main frame structures(110,110a), a cover frame structure(120), and an extrusion bar(130). The main frame structures are comprised of a steel material and endure loads of a building or wind loads applied to the steel curtain wall. The cover frame structure is fixed on one side of the main frame structure and comprises a bolt insert hole(121) on one side or space. The extrusion bar is fixed to the inside of the cover frame structure and comprises a screw thread(131) exposed to the bolt insert hole to perform a nut function.
