PURPOSE: A vegetation retaining wall for reinforcing a slope is provided to prevent collapse of the slop and to comprise an environmentally-friendly retaining wall without exposure of reinforcement materials. CONSTITUTION: A vegetation retaining wall for reinforcing a slope comprises a concrete reinforcement layer(10), a reinforcement vegetation frame(20), an anchor(30), and a block(40). The reinforcement vegetation frame of steel materials is installed in the concrete reinforcement layer and comprises a vegetation frame body(21), a vegetation soil(22), and a finishing block(23). A plurality of anchors is embedded in ground by passing through the reinforcement vegetation frame. The block of natural stone or artificial natural stone is laminated on the reinforcement vegetation frame as a stair form and comprises a block body(41) and a pressed part(42).
