Disclosed is a soft gelatin capsule formulation comprising: an 11-deoxy-prostaglandin compound represent by general formula (II), a soft gelatin capsule shell comprising a polyol which is not a sugar alcohol, and a fatty acid ester obtained from a fatty acid having C6-24 carbon atoms, such as capric, lauric or oleic acid, and an alcohol selected from the group consisting of C1-6 monovalent alcohol, glycerine and propylene glycol.
