<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile device capable of performing suitable communication with an opposite device, which is a facsimile data transmission source, in an established session. <P>SOLUTION: The facsimile device transmits a facsimile communication data to a communication device connected to a bandwidth-secured IP network. When a first signal being set a communication band modification for use is received in the established session, the facsimile device transmits either a second signal representing the acceptance of the communication band modification set in the first signal or a third signal representing the non-acceptance of the communication band modification set in the first signal (S414, S416), according to a lapse time from the session establishment to the timing of first signal reception and a unit time set to be a reference unit for managing the established session (S412). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
