<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodeposition coating composition which has reduced heating loss in comparison to conventional electrodeposition coating compositions. <P>SOLUTION: The electrodeposition coating composition does not substantially contain a crosslinking agent, and an electrodeposition coating film formed by the electrodeposition coating of the composition, has a heating loss of 10 mass% or less when heated at 200°C for 25 min after being dried at 105°C for 3 h. The electrodeposition coating composition preferably contains an amine-modified epoxy resin (A) that is obtained by modifying an epoxy resin having a bisphenol skeleton with an amine compound and a plasticizer (B) that is composed of an aromatic alcohol compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
