PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous oil film recovery device that can continuously remove an oil film without using human power and requiring a special running cost.

SOLUTION: The continuous oil film recovery device includes: a large rotary drum 21 which is processed so as to adhere the oil film 11 contacting an outer peripheral surface 21A and rotatably supported by a frame 22 around an axis passing the center; an air motor 24 for continuously rotating the large rotary drum 21; and a small rotary drum 23 for wiping off the oil film 11 by being pressed against the outer peripheral surface 21A of the large rotary drum 21.
