<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the output of a gas turbine even at high outside air temperatures while preventing damage to a compressor. <P>SOLUTION: An intake air cooling system for gas turbine equipment including an intake air cooling spray installed in an intake air duct which introduces intake air into the compressor, and using the intake air cooling spray for spraying cooling water into the intake air before introduced into the compressor, includes a process amount measurement device 24 for measuring the process amount of the intake air on the upstream side of the intake air cooling spray in the intake air duct, and a control device 25 having a spray flow rate calculator 26 and an adjusting circuit 27. The spray flow rate calculator 26 calculates a spray flow rate required value P for the cooling water to be sprayed from the cooling water spray to set the relative humidity of the intake air in the intake air duct to be 100%, on the basis of the process amount measured by the process amount measurement device, and the adjusting circuit 27 adjusts the spray flow rate required value P to be a spray flow rate required value Q to set the relative humidity of the intake air in the intake air duct to be a value approximate to 100%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
