A method for the combined anesthesia in laparoscopic abdominal surgery combines regional and intravenous general anesthesia. Spinal anesthesia with low doses of the local anesthetic (10-12.5 mg of 0.5 % hyperbaric solution of Bupivacain) is provided. For the additional anesthesia and psychoemotional comfort, the fractional intravenous administration of the drugs for general anesthesia (Ketamine, Fentanyl, Propofol) are used with target sedation level, namely for surface anesthesia. |
