A thermoelectric thermostating device for solid-state electronic elements comprises a heat dissipating radiator, a Peltier thermoelectric battery, a three-sectional solid-state electronic damper and a solid-state electronics element. The Peltier thermoelectric battery comprises three cascades. A cooling face of the third cascade of the thermoelectric battery has a heat contact with all surface of low end face of the heat damper, and the cooling faces of second and first cascades of the battery via the corresponding metal heat conductors are connected along the perimeter to the side face of the heat damper in points of location of the first and second inner partitions correspondingly. |
