PURPOSE: A dissembling and reassembling method of a platform for an lcd mother glass inspection machine is provided to satisfy requirements and design conditions for each component even though dissembling and reassembling are performed after complete manufacture. CONSTITUTION: X0 and X1 axes are separated from an Y axis(S13). The Y-axis is lifted up from X0 and X1 axes using a Y axis disassembly jig(S14). The Y axis is placed on the fixture using the Y axis disassembly jig. The Y axis is fixed to the fixture(S16). |
