PURPOSE: A connection structure of an eyeglass frame and eyeglass temples is provided to combine the eyeglass frame and the eyeglass temples without welding, thereby reducing manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: A connection structure of an eyeglass frame(100) and eyeglass temples(200) includes the eyeglass frame to which lenses are attached; the eyeglass temples which are respectively connected to the eyeglass frame and a connecting unit(110) and form an inserting unit(210) which is elastically transformed by being branched in up and down directions on a front end; and a combining member(300) which combine the eyeglass temples to the eyeglass frame by forming a combining groove(320). An elastic groove(220) which is longer than the depth of the combining groove is formed at a gap in the branched inserting unit.
