<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch capable of elongating a life and improving shock resistance by suppressing a load to a movable electrode while meeting a request for miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: A case 2 mounted on a circuit substrate includes a recess 2a. A plurality of fixed electrodes 3a, 3b and a movable electrode 5 are disposed in the recess 2a. The movable electrode 5 can be displaced between a first position allowing the plurality of fixed electrodes 3a, 3b to be mutually in conduction states and a second position allowing them to be in non-conduction states. A pressing member 6 is disposed to cover the recess 2a, and displaces the movable electrode 5 from the second position to the first position by external pressing force.
