<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an ink composition for inkjet recording, in which spherical fine organic pigment particles are dispersed stably; an inkjet recording method; and a high-color-developing and high-definition inkjet recorded material that has high image luster and image fastness. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention provides an ink composition for inkjet recording, including at least organic pigment particles, a hydrosoluble solvent, a dispersing agent, and water. The ink composition further contains, over half or more of particles, wherein in the particles, when concentric circumscribing and inscribed circles are applied to each of the organic pigment particles on an image taken by a transmission electron microscope (TEM), the inscribed circle has a diameter of from 5 nm to less than 50 nm; and circularity which is defined as a difference between radii of the concentric circumscribing and inscribed circles is 2 nm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
