<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange an area for accepting each operation on a touch panel while preventing the deterioration of convenience or the occurrence of an incorrect operation in electronic equipment including a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: When a sheet on which a latticed operation invalidation area and an operation validation area surrounded by the operation invalidation area are formed is pasted to the operation surface of the touch panel of electronic equipment, only an operation to touch an operation area in which the operation validation area is arranged is detected as for the pasting area of the sheet. Then, buttons corresponding to a specific operation are displayed on the back of operation areas 101 to 107, and those operation areas are set as areas for accepting operations corresponding to the buttons displayed on the back.
