<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generator capable of improving charging efficiency, an electronic apparatus having the power generator, and a control method for the power generator. <P>SOLUTION: The power generator includes a phase change material (heat storage material) 3 and a thermoelectric exchange element 2 that generates electric power using a temperature difference between a first side face and a second side face. The first side face can be selectively thermally joined to either one of a body temperature of a human body and an ambient temperature different from the body temperature of the human body.
