摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a dispersion liquid for an anode of an organic EL element, achieving reduction in processes and significant improvement in running cost using a wet coating process and further capable of manufacturing an anode high in conductivity and high in work function; and an anode manufactured with the dispersion liquid. <P>SOLUTION: A dispersion liquid for an anode of an organic electroluminescent element is a dispersion liquid for forming an anode of an organic electroluminescent element, and includes indium tin oxide powder and carbon nanofibers.
