The present invention relates to the wireless communication technology field, especially relates to a method, system and device for establishing connection. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps: through a core network device, an access network device determines an access network signed configuration number corresponding to a machine-type communication (MTC) device which initiates a connection request (501); according to a preset corresponding relation between access network signed configuration number and access network signed configuration information, the access network device determines the access network signed configuration information corresponding to the access network signed configuration number of the MTC device (502); according to the determined access network singed configuration information, the access network device establishes connection with the MTC device (503). The access network of the present invention can establish connection with the MTC device according to the access network singed configuration information corresponding to the MTC device, thus the signaling cost in the connection establishing process is reduced, and the system efficiency is improved.
