METHOD FOR PRODUCING HYBRID PLANTS OF INCOMPATIBLE AUBERGINE SPECIES OF THE GENUS SOLANUM L

摘要

A method for producing hybrid plants of incompatible aubergine species of the genus Solanum L. comprises direct crossing between cultural and wild forms of the aubergine in planta and isolating nonmature interspecies hybrid seeds from fruits in aseptic conditions. Then germination on an agarized nutrient medium is carried out. The hybrid seeds are cultivated on a modified nutrient medium adding GAand NOtsK in culture in vitro up to forming test-tube hybrid plants.
