<p>According to a plastic petrochemical apparatus of the present invention, a residue tank and a catalyst are not required because no rotary part is used in a plastic heating unit and a decomposition unit during a petrochemical process. Gelatinous plastic is fed from a universal extruder (1) into a transversely positioned evaporation pot (4), a second backup tank (3), and a first backup tank (2) configured by a vertically positioned cylindrical body. The temperature of a liquid surface (L·S) is controlled to remain between 400°C and 410°C, and the quantity of the gelatinous plastic fed from the extruder (1) is controlled such that the liquid surface (L·S) in the evaporation pot (4) is positioned at a diametrically central position in a vertical direction of the cylindrical body. The petrochemical apparatus may be manufactured at a low cost and have a compact size since the rotary part, the residue tank, and the catalyst are not required.</p> |
