A stereoscopic image display device is provided to improve a stereoscopic image of high brightness by totally reflecting light transmitted to a non-transmissive slit part toward a transmissive slit part. A display panel displays an image. A switching panel(120) includes a polymer part(127) and a liquid crystal part(125), and selectively implements a stereoscopic image and a plane image. A backlight unit(150) supplies light to the switching panel. The switching panel includes a first transparent substrate(121) and a second transparent substrate(123), a first electrode(122) and a second electrode(124) formed on opposite surfaces of the first and second transparent substrates, and a switching part(129) in which a polymer part and a liquid crystal part are alternatively formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. |
