A method for processing a message containing a menu location and a mobile terminal for the same are provided to enable a user to request the location of the menu in the form of a message without the trouble of searching for the location of a desired menu. A mobile terminal(100) comprises a display part(130), an input part(110), a control part(120), and a transceiver part(150). The display part(130) displays a specific menu screen containing sub menus. The input part(110) selects a certain sub menu from the specific menu screen. The control part(120) confirms the location information of the selected sub menu, and creates a message containing the location information. The transceiver part(150) transmits the created message containing the location information according to the control of the control part(120). |
