<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an antireflection film allowing improvement of manufacturing efficiency by forming a multilayer structure of two or more layers in one coating process. <P>SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of an antireflection film, a multilayer structure having different refractive indexes is formed from a coating composition obtained by mixing the following (A) to (F) components: (A) a fluorine-containing polymer comprising a constitutional unit from a compound having at least one group selected from a polyalkylene oxide group and a basic functional group, (B) a low-refractive index inorganic fine particle not-subjected to surface modification or a low-refractive index inorganic fine particle subjected to surface treatment with a silane coupling agent having a molecular weight of 600 or less, (C) a curable binder containing no fluorine atom in a molecule, (D) a solvent, (E) a polyfunctional fluorine-containing curable compound, and (F) a high-refractive index inorganic fine particle treated with a certain surface modifying agent, provided that the coating composition has a mass ratio of [(A) component + (B) component + (E) component]/[(C) component + (F) component] of 20/80 to 60/40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
