摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve precision of a prediction vector even if a prediction system in which a periphery of a block being an encoding object differs from parallax compensation prediction is adopted in the parallax compensation prediction. <P>SOLUTION: An image encoder 100 encodes a plurality of viewpoint images from different viewpoints. The image encoder 100 includes: a photography condition information encoding section 101 for encoding photography condition information showing a position relation between camera setting and a subject when the plurality of viewpoint images are photographed; a parallax information generation section 104 for generating parallax information between the viewpoint image to be encoded and the viewpoint image different from the image in response to at least one or more depth images corresponding to the plurality of viewpoint images and the photography condition information; and an image encoding section 106 for generating the prediction vector to the different viewpoint image in response to the parallax information and encoding the viewpoint image to be encoded by an inter-viewpoint prediction encoding system by using the prediction vector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
