PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game that allows a player to clearly obtain the rhythm of the music when operating a game to the music.

SOLUTION: A guiding means (48) of the game device (20) gives information on reference timing to a player by moving, on a game screen (30), a guide image (36) from an origin position to a return position and thereafter moving a guide image (36) from the return position towards the origin position, on the basis of reference timing data indicating the reference timing for a player to perform a game operation. A game operation detection means (40) detects the player's game operations. An evaluation means (46) evaluates the player's game operations on the basis of the timing when the player operates the game and the reference timing indicated by the reference timing data.
