<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in an air conditioning apparatus for cooling a vehicle, wherein it takes time to cool a vehicle interior from when a user gets therein. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle includes: an air conditioning apparatus for conditioning the air in an occupant space in which a user gets; and a rapid air conditioning apparatus which has a tank capable of storing a compressed air by compressing the air and which releases the compressed air in the tank to the occupant space.
