<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system, device, method, and a medical image diagnostic device which allow for easy grasp of stereoscopic information even when displaying image data taken with time. <P>SOLUTION: In the image processing device, an image selection unit selects a reference parallax image group, which serves as a reference, from among plural parallax image groups generated from image data taken with time.
