PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable photographing in which both of tracking an object and correcting an image blur are satisfied.

SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: information receiving means 260 which is connected to a server computer assisting the setting of photographic conditions of an imaging apparatus 100 through a network and can receive object movement speed information from the server computer; camera-shake detection means 130 detecting the shake of the imaging apparatus including a blur correction mechanism correcting the image blur; threshold value calculation means 109 calculating an object tracking determination threshold value of the imaging apparatus on the basis of the object movement speed information received by the information receiving means; and control means 109 not allowing the blur correction mechanism to correct the blur in the movement direction of the object, when the camera shake in the movement direction of the object detected by the camera-shake detection means is larger than the object tracking determination threshold value.
