<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a horizontal tie material to be simply and firmly mounted on a block via a bolt, while embedding the horizontal tie material mounted on the block in a banking work to improve the strength and stability of the block. <P>SOLUTION: A reinforced soil retaining wall includes: a block wall constructed by piling up a plurality of blocks; and horizontal tie materials each of which has one end mounted on the rear side of the block and the other end mounted with an anchor material and embedded in a banking work constructed on the rear side of the block. The block has a body and a projection projecting from the body to the rear side, a U-shaped connection plate is attached to a coupling rod mounted through a through-hole of the projection, and one end of the horizontal tie material is fixed to the U-shaped connection plate via a strap. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
