Disclosed is a water injection device for lifting the maxillary sinus membrane. The water injection device for lifting the maxillary sinus membrane comprises: an injection body (10) in which a conical screw thread (12) is formed at the upper outer circumferential surface, and a trumpet-shaped coupling hole (14) having a wide upper portion and a narrow lower portion is formed along the axial central portion; a water supply member (20) to be inserted into the coupling hole (14), comprising a trumpet-shaped water supply head (22) forming an upper portion, a water supply shaft (24) formed integrally with the lower portion of the water supply head (22), a fastening screw portion (26) formed at the lower outer circumference of the water supply shaft (24), and a water supply hole (28) penetrating the center of the water supply head (22) and the water supply shaft (24); a tightening cap (30) placed at the lower portion of the injection body (10) in which a spring groove (31) with an open upper portion is formed inside, and a fastening screw groove (32) to be fastened with the fastening screw portion (26) of the water supply member (20) is formed at the bottom of the spring groove (31); and a spring (40) for resiliently supporting the lower end of the injection body (10) through the open upper portion of the spring groove (31), remaining inserted into the spring groove (31) of the tightening cap (30).
