PURPOSE: A planting panel, a wall with the same, and a method for manufacturing the same are cheaply plant plants and to ensure easy management. CONSTITUTION: A planting panel comprises: a porous light bubble layer(110) which is formed to plant a plant; an organic layer(120) which is adjacent to the light bubble layer and helps the plant to root; and a waterproofing layer(130) which is adjacent to the organic layer and prevents penetration of water absorbed into the organic layer. The organic layer has a through hole(121) which penetrates one side and the other side. An ultrafine yarn(122) is inserted into the through hole. The light bubble layer and the organic layer are formed of ceramic.
