PURPOSE: An automatic encoding detection system is provided to accurately offer global information searching results by detecting an encoding method of target data by using the character shape information of each encoding method. CONSTITUTION: An encoding operation analysis module unit(10) analyzes operation states of each encoding method according to character usage frequencies. An encoding detection module unit(30) connects to the encoding operation analysis module unit.
