PURPOSE: A median strip for a road is provided to improve the safety of passengers and to prevent a head-on collision by separating bidirectional roads from each other. CONSTITUTION: A median strip for a road comprises a median strip body(100), a joint square timber(200), fixtures(300), sight guide units(120), and light emitting units(130). The median strip body is installed on a central line on a road. Central line indication units(110) are formed on both surfaces of the median strip body. The joint square timber connects the median strip body to the adjacent median strip body. The fixtures fix the median strip body to the road. The sight guide units are formed on the median strip body and guide the sight of drivers. The light emitting units are installed on the median strip body and guide the sight of the drivers using light. |
