PURPOSE: A film for a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is provided to have excellent compatibility with a non-adhesive layer and a substrate film and to have excellent following performance for deformation such as elongation. CONSTITUTION: A film for a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape includes a peeling layer, which includes a mixed layer of a silicon and (meth)acrylic polymer, on one surface of a plastic film with a maximum elongation of 100% or more measured by JIS-K-7127. The thickness of the plastic film is 20-200 micron. The thickness of the non-adhesive layer is 0.01-10 micron. The plastic film includes polyvinyl chloride. The adhesive tape includes an adhesive layer on the opposite surface of the non-adhesive layer.
