<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which a conventional on-line communication service lacks in a user's strong incentive to store information in information storage means from an information terminal, and the storage of the information in the information storage means is not advanced since the information is only stored in the information storage means from the information terminal, and the user is not able to acquire the information stored in the information storage means, and the conventional on-line communication service lacks in a benefit for the user. <P>SOLUTION: When information is stored in information storage means from an information terminal, information relating to the stored information is searched from the information stored in the information storage means, and output to the information terminal as result information. Since a user is able to acquire the information stored in the information storage means, a benefit is added to the storage of the information in the information storage means from the information terminal, and the user is given an incentive to store the information.
