<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recommend a user a content which really suits user's taste. <P>SOLUTION: A content recommendation device has: a reception part for receiving music accompanying information stored in a communication terminal together with music (a music content) from the communication terminal; an evaluation point calculation part for calculating evaluation points of each piece of music stored in the communication terminal by using the music accompanying information; a recommendation item determination part for determining a content similar to a piece of music having evaluation points equal to or larger than threshold as a content to be recommended to a user of the communication terminal; and a transmission part for transmitting information about the content determined to be recommended to the communication terminal. The music accompanying information includes at least information about the number of music replay times, information about sound set value showing whether or not the music is set as sound when notifying a user of occurrence of a prescribed event, and information about environment set value showing how to replay the music.
