<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve variations in measured values which are caused by the movement of a weight measuring device, when the flow rate is measured. <P>SOLUTION: Measurement data is transferred to a download memory 31 through network. Weight data is subjected to differential processing by differentiation means 32, is changed into weight change data, and is stored in a first buffer memory 33. Acceleration data is subjected to differential processing by the differentiation means 32, is changed into acceleration change data, and is stored in a second buffer memory 34. The data is read at a low speed from the first buffer memory 33 and the second buffer memory 34 and is input in a noise canceller which consists of subtraction means 36, an adaptive filter 37 and a weight controller 38. Subtraction data acquired from the subtraction means 36 is input in graphical conversion means 39 to make a graph and is input in a display memory 40.
