<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage to a printed material and a suction face when the printed material is sucked on the suction face with negative pressure. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet 30 to be disposed on the suction face 22 for sucking the printed material 40 for screen printing with negative pressure includes a slit-like cut 31 formed in a position corresponding to a position of a negative pressure suction hole 21 opened on the suction face 22. The cut 31 is applied with negative pressure from the negative pressure suction hole 21 to deform in the negative pressure direction, and opens a space between the negative pressure suction hole 21 and the printed material 40, so as to apply negative pressure suction force to the printed material 40. The cut 31 is applied with positive pressure from the negative pressure suction hole 21 to deform in the positive pressure direction, and closes the space between the negative pressure suction hole 21 and the printed material 40, so as to block the negative pressure suction force to be applied to the printed material 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
