<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, wherein a solution of a polyimide precursor in a solvent is cast on a support, the solvent in the solution is removed and the precursor is turned into a self-supporting film and released from the support, and the self-supporting film is imidized by heating, for manufacturing capable of achieving high-speed film forming for improving productivity; or to provide a method for manufacturing a surface-modified film without causing any tear or crack during production for improving productivity. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a polyimide film, the solution of the polyamide precursor (A) in the solvent is cast on the support, the solvent in the solution is removed and the precursor (A) is turned into the self-supporting film and released from the support, and the self-supporting film is imidized by heating. In the method for manufacturing a polyimide film, the solution of the polyimide precursor (A) in the solvent is cast on the support while disposing a solvent including a polyimide precursor (B) between the support and the solution to be cast of the polyimide precursor (A) in the solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
