The ultraviolet sterilization chamber having a ballast-water-guiding partition wall according to the present invention comprises: a sterilization casing part which is coupled between a boat or ship's ballast-water inflow pipe and outflow pipe, and of which the inside accommodates joined thereto at least one ultraviolet lamp for sterilizing the inflowing ballast water, and of which the cross-sectional area is greater than that of the inflow pipe; an inflow-pipe joining part which couples the sterilization casing part and the inflow pipe to each other, and of which the cross-sectional area progressively increases from the inflow pipe towards the sterilization casing part; an outflow-pipe joining part which couples the sterilization casing part and the outflow pipe to each other; and at least one ballast-water-guiding partition wall which is accommodated joined inside the inflow-pipe joining part, and which supplies the entire region of the sterilization casing part with ballast water that flows in from the inflow pipe.
