The method mainly includes: a network storage server receiving a service data request sent by a terminal of a user, the network storage server sending to the terminal a network storage address or a local storage address corresponding to the service data according to the condition of the network where the terminal is located and the storage condition of the service data on the network storage server and a local storage server. The embodiments of the present invention can make the best of the complementarity between the local storage server and network storage server in terms of capacity and can flexibly select to provide local storage service and network storage service to the terminal of a user.
