<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge cap preventing opening of an upper lid by suppressing the pressure increase in air in the cap caused by heating, and preventing intrusion of hot water into the cap during hot water showering. <P>SOLUTION: An outer expanded part 25 and an inner expanded part 26, and a tapered face 29 provided with a first air groove 31 are formed at the lid engaging part 18 of a cap body A, an engaging recessed part 40 with which the lid engaging part 18 is engaged is provided at the lower end of an outer cylinder wall 36 of the upper lid B and an abutting cylinder 41 is provided on an inner periphery side of the engaging recessed part. In the engaging recessed part 40, an outer circumferential face 42 and an inner peripheral face 44 are engaged with the expanded part to form seal parts S1, S2, and a second air groove 46 is provided on a bottom face 45. When plugging, the upper lid B goes down and an end of the abutting cylinder 41 slides on the tapered face 29, the released seal parts S1, S2 and the air groove discharges air in the cap, and when plugging is finished, a sealed state is quickly restored. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
