<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nail care tool that impairs no polishing effect even if printing is applied on nails, and to provide a method of manufacturing such nail care tool. <P>SOLUTION: The nail care tool 1 includes: a base body 2 of a synthetic resin plate; and a buffer layer 3 fixedly stuck with an adhesive respectively on both surfaces of the base body 2 and formed of abrasive particles. On one surface of the base body 2, a first buffer layer 3A formed of first abrasive particles having a grain size of 20-80 μm is fixedly stuck, and on the other surface of the base body 2, a second buffer layer 3B formed of second abrasive particles having a grain size of 1-10 μm is fixedly stuck. The nail care tool 1 includes a printing layer 4 formed by printing by an inkjet printer having a nozzle diameter of 0.005-1 mm, using an ink with a kinematic viscosity of 0.8-20 mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/s, on the upper surface of the buffer layer 3 (a first buffer layer 3A and a second buffer layer 3B). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
