PURPOSE: A method for analyzing a relationship between a mobile communication base station and a wireless LAN(Local Area Network) AP(Access Point) and a device therefor are provided to manage a relationship between the mobile communication base station and the wireless LAN AP by synchronizing the mobile communication base station and the wireless LAN AP. CONSTITUTION: A wireless LAN communication unit(610) receives the identification information of a wireless LAN AP in which a portable terminal tries to be connected from a wireless LAN subscriber authentication system. A mobile communication network communication unit(620) controls paging for the portable terminal in order to obtain the identification information of a mobile communication base station in which the portable terminal is arranged. A base station and AP relationship analysis unit(630) generates data corresponding to the obtained identification information of the mobile communication base station and the received identification information of the wireless LAN AP. The mobile communication network communication unit receives a PSI(Provide Subscriber Information) response message including the identification information of a base station, in which the portable terminal is arranged, from a gateway moving location center.
