An adaptable punch for pressing powders during the production of tiles and the like comprises a base (11, 111) which has a surface for pressing the powders which is formed by a flexible layer (13, 113). The flexible layer is supported by a plate (14, 114) which is seated peripherally in a sealed manner inside a seat (15, 115) in the base and which is able to oscillate at least partly on a layer of incompressible fluid. Travel stop devices (26, 126) may be provided between plate and base. |
