<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which suppresses a load on a form change member or a configuration for changing the form. <P>SOLUTION: While a first slide part 41 is constituted so that a first shaft 311 may slide in the same direction as a first direction when an axial member 20 is rotated in the first direction, a second slide part 42 is constituted so that a second shaft 321 may slide in a second direction different from the first direction when the axial member 20 is rotated in the first direction. The first shaft 311 slides the first slide part 41 in the first direction and the second shaft 321 slides the second slide part 42 in the second direction, accompanied by the turn of the axial member 20 in the first direction.
