<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational management system capable of easily and flexibly creating a large amount of monitoring and setting information in accordance with contents of configuration information, and a monitoring and setting method of the operational management system. <P>SOLUTION: A storage device stores configuration information for each device to be monitored input in advance, attribute setting information being a collection of setting information corresponding to monitoring classification, a monitoring setting template being a template for creating monitoring setting information corresponding to monitoring classification, and configuration information conversion definition for selecting a monitoring and setting template of monitoring classification corresponding to the configuration information. A management device selects a monitoring and setting template for each device to be monitored from the configuration information on the basis of the configuration information conversion definition, and creates monitoring and setting information including attribute setting information and configuration information specified by the selected monitoring and setting template. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
