A fastening member contains a synthetic resin, in which flat metal foil containing aluminum is mixed with the synthetic resin and an average particle diameter of the metal foil is set to be equal to or more than 3 mum and equal to or less than 8 mum. Accordingly, the fastening member has both an advantage of a synthetic resin of being inexpensive and light and an advantage of a metal of having strength and gloss having a high-grade sense, and an outer appearance or a texture thereof can be viewed like the metallic member. In the fastening member, a weld mark can be restrained from being generated, and even if the weld mark is generated, the weld mark can be made difficult to be visually recognized relatively and the weld mark can be mixed with the gloss.
