Provided is a Co-Cr-Mo alloy having excellent mechanical properties including yield strength and tensile strength. The present invention is an implant Co-Cr-Mo alloy comprising, in mass%, more than 30% and 36% or less of Cr, 5 to 8% of Mo, 0.20 to 0.65% of N, and a remainder made up by Co and unavoidable impurities, and characterized by being produced by lamination machining. In the implant Co-Cr-Mo alloy according to the present invention, the solidification structure is a dendritic structure, wherein the primary arm spacing of the dendritic structure is preferably 5 mum or less. |
