Fluid product dispenser comprising: - a flexible pouch (1) comprising two flexible sheets (11, 12) between them defining a reservoir (10) of fluid product and an opening (14), - a plugging and dispensing member (2) mounted fixably, permanently and fluidtightly in the opening (14) of the pouch (1), the plugging member (2) comprising a body (3) defining a dispensing orifice (34), an outlet duct (35) connecting the reservoir (10) to the dispensing orifice (34), and two sealing zones (31c, 31d) one for each of the two flexible sheets (11, 12) of the pouch (1), the plugging and dispensing member (2) further comprising a closure cap (4) for closing off the dispensing orifice (34), the cap (4) being articulated (43) to the body (3) in such a way as to pivot between a closed position and an open position, characterized in that the cap (4) is provided with a first-use security element (5) which is initially connected to the cap before the plugging member (2) is opened for the first time and becomes detached from the cap (4) when the plugging member (2) is opened for the first time, this security element (5) being sealed to the pouch (1) and/or to the body (3) of the plugging member (2) during the operation of sealing the plugging member (2) into the opening (14) of the pouch (1). |
