METHOD FOR SIMULATION OF MYOCARDIAL DYSFUNCTION IN ANIMALS

摘要

A method for simulation of myocardial dysfunction in animal involves simulation of symptoms of cardiac abnormalities by associated influence of stress factors. Effect of surgical and pharmacological aids is used as stress factors by forming artificial barrier of blood flow in the portion of aorta abdominal region with further single intramuscular injection of 0.18% adrenaline solution in dose of 0.8 mg/kg on 30th day.
